The new King, Daniel, is the youngest of four in his family. His father King James II, recently died after a brief illness while his mother died when he was just a toddler. King Daniel chose his queen quickly with no hesitations. He had known Princess Charlotte for many years as she was the youngest child of another king ruling an allied kingdom. Charlotte became his queen and the two have a lot to pick up and learn as the new monarchs of Dunlin.
