Nigel Alexander Shaw - The flow is good. Nigel and Shaw aren't favorites, and Nigel strikes me as quite goofy, but I don't mind it really.
What about Nigel Tate Alexander?
Hester Olive Nelle - I don't like the flow of this one. I can really see Hester with Myrtle and Vance though, it would be a great choice. Maybe Hester Olivia Nelle? Or Hester Eleanor Olive? Of the names you mentioned so far, my favorite combo would be Hester Olive Adelaide.
