I like both Roger Nicholas Tate and Roger Nicholas Huck. I don't know which i like better.
I definitely prefer the flow of Olive Hester Nelle over Hester Olive Nelle. I don't like Olive Nelle very much.
I think all your names go well with Myrtle and Vance. They are all unusual oldtimey names. Although none are very "in" now, I can see them all making a comeback within a generation.
