After learning from you that it was a character in a western movie, I can see it all western-y and not trendy and made-up and a bit trashy like I originally have felt it was. I've only met one before, and that was the only time I'd heard it. She was probably born in the late 80s. I don't really get any clear image from it, and the color mixture is kind of muddy and garbled. It feels a bit frilly to me too. But if I force myself to think along the western lines, it makes me think of cowgirls, which is better.
