Vikram makes me think of Viking. I'm not sure on the pronounciation, is it VIE-krum or VICK-rum? I think it could grow on me.
I don't like Artemis on a boy at all, and even on a girl I just don't like it much. Nothing wrong with it for a girl, just not something I'd use.
