I find Beverly dated and in my opinion, also comes across as cold and detached, like a woman who comes from old money or who just isn't very pleasant unless it serves her. No idea how I came up with these images, but that's what I think of every time whenever I see or hear the name.
I much prefer Everly. I like that ev sound over bev and it also sounds more friendly. It's about the only modern and super trendy name I can tolerate.
