Beverly to me is like the Brittany or Mackenzie or Harper of the WWII era. I don't care for it. Always reminds me of beverages and belly.
I'd spell it Beverly. Beverley looks like Berkeley and seems even less of a personal-name.
Everly at least does not have the datedness. I just don't care for how it's shaped like a word, yet isn't - like it means "in an ever manner"
I like the ev sound a lot more than the bev, however. I'd rather see a girl named Evren or Everett, than either Beverly or Everly. Come to think of it, I'd actually rather Everly be spelled Everley, if I had to make that choice.
