I don't really agree that they're all very white. The only one of the top ten that really jumps out to me as white is
Ronan, and maybe
Sylvie (but not if it were
Sylvia), and
August for a boy. I don't think
Iris and
Theodore are particularly white. Taken all together I think the list seems to have an "upmarket" or self-conscious aesthetic, though, compared to the top 25 in the US or England. So you have a point there. But I think that can be expected from a survey of people who frequently think about names. Btw I don't think you have to worry about the term honky, applied to names, being taken as racist. I bet everyone over the age of, hm, about sixteen knows what you mean, and I doubt any white people are truly offended. If they are ... ha, ha, funny.
