A friend has died, leaving his/her two children--a boy and a girl--to your couple. What happened to the friend? How are his/her kids dealing with it? How old are his/her kids? What are you couple's kids thinking about these two new additions? The friend was a Shakespeare freak, so the kids FNs are from Shakespeare. His wife (who has also passed--what happened with her?) was Chinese, so the kids MNs are Chinese. Their LN is long and English.

And the parents? The one who was cheating immediately moves in with the wo/man he/she was cheating on his/her partner with. And they're expecting a baby together. Gender and names for the baby are up to you. The new partner's FN, MN, and LN go in alphabetical order.

How do the two plan to deal with the baby? If they keep him, he's named after both his grandfathers. The boy/girlfriend is named after a famous Disney cartoon character and the actor who voices the character. The LN is after the director of the movie.
