Having grown up as a bit of a tomboy, I always wanted a masculine nickname. I really like the option. Some I like:
Mack for Mackenzie or Makenna
Ken/Kenny for Mackenzie, Makenna, Kendra, Kendall
Sam/Sammie for Samantha
Alec/Alex for Alexa, Alexandra
Dan/Dani for Danica
Jo for Josephine
Matt/Matty for Mattea
