Somebody out there thinks the names are "deserving" enough to post about. If you're going to prove them wrong, you need to use a lot of words to do it. I don't have to tell you about all the reasons Theodora's great - you already know them. But if somebody loves something like Dakota, you have to spell out why it's bad, and you have to do it politely so they'll listen. In that way, their taste might change for the better. If you say "asinine" they will get mad and become more attached to their naymes. It is not an effective way of education. It makes you seem wrong even if you're right, and it doesn't make anyone change their minds or think harder. That's why I said it was strange that you posted at all - why would you say something like "asinine" without explaining why? the other party obviously doesn't know. People here actually are interested in opinions, generally, but not unhelpful onces.
