I love Demetria. I even put it on my list. My husband vetoed it straight off, though. And I wouldn't want to have to fight the nickname Demi, which I dislike; I'd want to use Deitra or Metra or Metri, and that'd be an effort. But Demetria is just too long by itself.

Ceres would be pretty eccentric. I wouldn't consider it because it sounds too much like "series," and reminds me too much of "cereal."
