Eve is a name on my long list anyway, featuring intermittently in my Top 10 too. I used to like it only as a full name but more recently I like it as a nickname for Genevieve. I don't like Evelyn.
I really like Liv too but I don't think it can stand on it's own and I find Olivia too popular and Olive too old.
I don't like Eva at all.
I'd choose Eve.
