I'm expecting a boy. We've chosen the name Judah Rayner, nn Jude.

You think: But Judah Rayner? It has no flow.
You suggest: What about calling him Jude Rayner (no Judah)?
I'm expecting a girl. I think we're going to name her Delaney Corisande, nn Dela.
You say: Delaney is great!
You think: But Corisande and Dela are terrible.
You suggest: I like Delaney without the nickname.
I'm having a boy. We're really religious, and have no compunction about making our beliefs public, so we're naming our son Amos Obadiah.

You suggest: What about Benjamin Seth???
I'm having a girl, and I love frilly, girly names. We're thinking of using Felicity Annis.

You think: Annis sounds like a disease or body part...

I don't know whether it's a boy or girl, so I'm going with something unisex. The baby's name, regardless of sex, will be Avery Belrose. Belrose is an old family surname.

You suggest: Maybe you should choose a different middlename for boys: its kind of feminine sounding!
I'm expecting twin girls. I'm so excited, b/c I love theme-y names. They're going to be Lily Ruth and Iris Mae.

I'm expecting twin boys. I love alliterated names for twins, so my boys are going to be Ezra Kyle and Eben Keith.

I'm adopting b/g twins. Since twin names always sound the same, I'm naming the girl Calla Eden and the boy Calvin Pierce.

Seth is a name I've had on the back burner for a while; Benjamin Seth sounds great! ;o) Felicity Lauren is pretty, but I prefer Laurel. I'd never have thought if it before you suggested Lauren! I don't like Eden for a boy (although I suppose it's really unisex since it'a a garden, but still). I do like Eben (sorry, I just love Eben and the way it rhymes with Evan) Isaac. I'm not big on nns as fns, but Charles Pierce sounds very classy to me. You have some great suggestions. Thanks! :o)
