Then London it is.
It seems like we have similar tastes in names! A good match indeed. Or a coincidence?
For the boys, I have a few of the more androgynous names. But sometimes, just classic names is the best. What I have in mind for now include Lesley, Michael, Daniel, Lennox, or Rodney. I like Griffin and William, but I would prefer to refrain from Camden. It is just a few neighbourhoods down the lane, remember? Michael Griffin // Lennox Arden // Lesley Darien
For the girls, I like the more classic - or sometimes a bit unusual - names. For now, that includes Lavinia, Adela, Frances, or Christiana. Lavinia Adelaide // Adela Catherine // Christiana Hope
My mother is quite surprised. She was happy, of course, and she says it makes her feel grand to suddenly be promoted to grandma-to-be. She is also discussing the possibility of the child being a boy - she said she had a strange feeling it is. I cannot say I believe or disbelieve her.
Would you like to name the child after someone in your family, perhaps? My mother seems to be a bit out of the question with her more - er, odd - name. Believe it or not, they named her Billie Jean. My father might or might not be named Michael. What about your family?
(don't be surprised with Billie Jean and whatnot - Lex was a "borrowed" character from a silly little in-joke from the Lounge)
