How did the DW find out?
She took a pregnancy test.
Is there a reason why she took the test?
Lilith guessed at it because she felt sick in the morning and had missed her monthlies.
How did she feel when she found out?
Terrified. Absolutely terrified. But then she got over it, for the most part, and was fairly happy.
How did she tell the DH?
How would she tell Noah? I mean, she could just come out and say it or...okay, I really have no idea.
Did he suspect anything?
I don't know. Did he?
How did the DH feel when he found out?

How did they tell their families?
I have no clue on this one either. Maybe call everyone together for some big dinner or something or visit their parents and tell them in person? I don't know.
Were their families happy? sad? angry?
No idea. Lilith's was probably happy, especially Elanor and Jason.
