There is no internal rule that pronunciations or scripts must "belong to" one of the listed usages. See Jolie, Lourdes, Soleil.
However, Thaïs has become somewhat common in France over the past two decades and should probably have the French usage added.
For George I can add the Indian (Christian) usage to help clarify. Malayalam ജോർജ്ജ് would be more accurately transcribed Jorjj, though this is never used. Simply translating it as *George* is most common.
