Greetings.
I've recently encountered a really annoying stipulation - according to local naming policy one can't neither give a child a name that's not a known name (officially recognized and listed in name databases), nor take one willingly, when being of conscious age to undertake a name changing procedure.
So, as chances of convincing the deciding board are really... not to be bet upon, I'd really appreciate your suggestions as to how name can be recognized by authorities (how to get it mentioned in various naming databases and such) prior to its (widespread) real-life usage.
