Re: How to make a yet unique name to be officially recognized?

As far as I know, there are only two ways to get the proper authorities to recognize it officially The first is to prove that it has been used on a person before in another country. If this is not the case, you could try to prove that it's a plausible variation of a recognized name. Other than those two options, I don't think it can be done.
