Surprising name.

I was at an appointment today, and there was a little baby girl there named German. I kept thinking that I *had* to have mis-heard, but no, her name was most definitely German. It could've been kre8tyvly spelt Jermynne or something, but it still sounds like the word "German." I thought, "What a terrible name for such a beautiful little girl."

What are your opinions?
