The name is not really my style, and it's too much, I think, but as long as she has a nickname it's fine. And she will have to have a nickname and use it all the time. If I met a little girl named Cleopatra I'd be surprised first, and then I'd think it's cool (for someone else's kid only, and as long as it fits her). As a nickname, I'd call her Cleo, but if she doesn't like it then Pat or Petra.I don't know about middle names. Where I live people have no middle names as often as not, and I think they're kind of unnecessary. Nobody knows anyone else's middle name.
