... that Elvis is all right for a boy. It might be, but it's such a one-off kind of name, so totally associated with Presley, that I think it's just about impossible for the majority of people to separate the name from him. I imagine there were other Elvises before him, but Presley is the only one anyone's likely to know about, except Costello and he named himself after Presley.
