I've only seen Harriot in records (so it strikes me as an archaic spelling of Harriet), and I saw Lesbia and Lesbie as well as some other similar ones like Phineas and Cornelius (similar to Phinnaeus and Cornelio) at a cemetery recently. I guess Lesbia must have been semi-popular before the word lesbian was used commonly: maybe that explains the popularity of Leslie a bit? Idk.

Out of them all, I like Shanna “Shann-uh” the most; it’s a very gorgeous, underrated name. I do like Alianna, if said as, “Al-lee-AN-uh;” Mariana “Mar-ree-awn-uh,” Jaina, and Adaria are also pretty. I can’t say that I care for any of the other names.

I love Arabel, Amalitsa, Betsabe and Lesbia. If you like Lesbia you may also like Lisbi/Lisbee/Lysbie (pron. LIZ-bee). I hope that helps!!!

Here in Italy it's very rare coming across a name with less bearers. Rare names are very unique...variant names does not exist. The 40% of babies every year is named with a Top30 name...

This situation has changed thanks to people with a foreign background but among Italian names the revival of rare names is so slow compared with U.S.A.!
