Take a look at the US Social Security's list of popular twin names for 2004: http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/twins2004.html. Curiously, it doesn't seem to have b/g twin sets, unless you speculate on the so-called "unisex" names listed.My personal favourites are Mia and Mya and Jacob and James.
