I think it's more European Spanish in stead of Mexican/Latin Spanish.

AY-la like a long 'a' ??? I've only ever heard Isla pronounce EYE-la, like island. I'm not even sure how you get a long A out of "is-"With the pronunciations I'm familiar with these names are WAY too close for siblings, let alone twins
