I don't specifically choose family names but being related to so many Raymonds has definitely contributed to how much I like it. :-) My close relatives include a Douglas Raymond, Brian Raymond, Raymond Anthony, and Raymond Peter. I"d be really surprised if there wasn't another Raymond Something or Something Raymond among my generation's children.
