Oh, I was so apprehensive clicking this post, as I was scared you'd be using
Harley for a girl. Sorry to be blunt, but
Harley is horrible for a girl. It's terribly trendy and not at all feminine or pretty. I don't see the appeal. I don't care for it for a boy, but if the name must be used, then I only prefer it for a boy.
Changing the spelling of the name won't do a thing but make it trendier, and it will just cause problems concerning spelling, and maybe even pronunciation. But, if you need to know other spellings, then Harleigh and Harlee come to mind.
As for middle names, I'd suggest paring it up with a feminine name:
Harley Mae,
Harley Jade, and
Harley Katherine.
I'm sorry if any of this was mean or blunt, but this trend of using masculine names (this site says it's a unisex name, but
Harley has really only become popular as of late, with this trend) for girls really is getting to me!
