Dorothy is okay, and I say that grudgingly. I knew a horrible Dorothy and it's sullied the name for me. However, meeting a young, cute Dorothy would probably change that.
I like Dot as a nn for it as well.
Dorothy June is okay. I agree that Dorothy has a bit of an old-lady feel and using June as the mn doesn't help that imo.
