As usual, my masculine list is quite static, and I feel it's a good representation of my taste, while I'm not so sure about my feminine list. The newcomers (i.e. names I've never included in my favourites before) are Anne, Emmanuel, and Ida - the latter two of which I think would work very well for siblings.

I'm happy that Margot is back on my list. I love it. I took it off because people kept saying it was too nickname-y and that I should use Marguerite or Margaret, but I'm finally over that.

Margot is one of those "diminutives" that ended up becoming its own name - like Sadie & Sally (Sarah), Jeannette (Jeanne), Elsa (Elisabeth), Jack (John), etc. It's completely professional as a legal name, not cutesy at all.

My taste in masculine names honestly doesn’t seem to have changed a whole lot! There are four survivors (Sebastian, Valentine, Magnus and Alexander) and Matthias and Tyrian are still on my PNL too. I seem to have moved away from more “foreign” names such as Rémy and Rune, though. As for girls, the only survivors are Ingrid and Juliette (although I prefer the English form now), although Nika and Florence are still on my PNL. I remember really having a thing for short Finnish names (Enni, Lumi and Essi) which I don’t really love anymore. I’m not big on Lux anymore, and I can’t make my mind up about Pavia, which is simultaneously really pretty and kind of ugly to me!

• Esmeralda
Note: Don’t love it nearly as much anymore. It fell off my PNL but I still find it pretty.

Penelope (but not Penny, since it's the lowest denomination of coin; I also prefer Nell as a nickname)

Linus (makes me think of Linus Larrabee from Sabrina, though a lot of others probably think of Charlie Brown)
Wilfred (it's a shame you don't like this name anymore, I actually prefer it to the overused William)

So there was a little bit of moving & shaking, mostly in my feminine list (as per usual). In the masculine list Cameron & James left in favor of Raphael (old favorite, and was a middle last month) and Julian, which - in looking back on my polls - hasn't been among my top names in years. In the feminine list Cassia, Elise, Briella, and Naomi (a name I will still heartily consider) left in favor of Eleanor, old favorites Maxine & Francesca, and Hera - the last of which I am finally considering seriously after regarding her as a GP for a very, very long time. (And I use the short-E pronunciation, or more like "hair," than the provided English pronunciation with the long-E.)
My fascination with Luna is only growing - a name I used to really dislike. It's trending hard, though, and just broke the Top 20, so I hope it doesn't become overused.
An honorable mention goes to Zora, a name I will also still be considering for the future. The combo I settled on was Zora Vivienne.
And now... the ten-year comparison! December 1, 2010 was the first time I formally participated in the Top 10 posts, and I didn't make any combos for this one. Here were my Top 10 names 10 years ago:
1. Richard
2. Robert
3. Mark
4. James
5. Nicholas
6. Rohan
7. Brendan
8. Harrison
9. Edmund
10. Owen
&

3. Godelieve / "Evie"
4. Philippa
5. Nefertari
6. Sarah
7. Galatea
8. Gloria
9. Tessalyn
10. Crescentia
Some of these don't surprise me at all: Richard is a perennial favorite; Nicholas is pretty much my all-time favorite masculine name; I loved Everly (which isn't even hyperlinked in the original archived post because it wasn't in the database yet!) before she was cool (really, it didn't break the Top 1000 in the U.S. until 2012); and Philippa was a mainstay before I discovered Phyllida.

Hera’s beautiful (especially the pronunciation you specified), I 100% believe it could break out of GP territory.
Julian’s probably my all time favorite boy name, I’m glad you’re revisiting it. :)
I also have a soft spot for Naomi. Do you prefer nay-O-mee or nie-O-mee?
_
Looking back just a few years ago at my 2017 list I was surprised Coraline wasn’t in the database yet. It’s funny how that happens.
This was the first time I’ve ever seen Godelieve!

Julian’s probably my all time favorite boy name, I’m glad you’re revisiting it. :)
I also have a soft spot for Naomi. Do you prefer nay-O-mee or nie-O-mee?

The nay-O-mee pronunciation is prettier to my ears.
Sarah just bores me to no end because I've known so many. Even Sara is a little spicier (just a tad).
