Year 1
Princess Evelina's father, the King of Avalon, dies. Princess Evelina ascends to the throne and becomes Queen Evelina I. Her husband, Archduke Conrad, becomes Prince Consort.

Year 2
Prince Consort Conrad's cousin, the Count of Calbridge is assassinated!

---

Year 3
Queen Evelina and Prince Consort Conrad welcome their first child, a baby girl.

Year 4
Princess Aurora is taken ill. It is determined that she is epileptic and must deal with the condition for the rest of her life.

Year 5
There is political unrest in the Kingdom of Avalon. Monarchists wish to overthrow the legislative government and establish an absolute monarch as in the days of yore. Queen Evelina publicly denounces the malcontents.

Year 6
The Monarchists stage a coup and blow up Avalon's Parliament! They re-establish an absolute monarchy in the kingdom of Avalon. Queen Evelina remains on the throne, now with more power than ever apparently, but it is whispered that the monarchist leadership are the ones truly in control.

Year 7
Only 15% of Avalon's citizens express approval for Queen Evelina and Prince Consort Conrad. Her edicts and laws have become oppressive. Evelina is distraught for she is signing these new laws against her will; the Monarchists who seized power threaten to kill Princess Aurora if she does not obey them. She despairs for the state of Avalon and its people.

Year 8
To bring some cheer into the household after the terrible events that have taken place, Queen Evelina gives Princess Aurora her very own puppy from the royal kennels. It is a well-bred bulldog whom Aurora names Humphrey.

Year 9
Queen Evelina I contracts a deadly illness and passes away. Prince Consort Conrad and Princess Aurora are heartbroken. The Monarchists help Princess Aurora ascend to her mother's throne. Aurora being only 6 years old, the leader of the Monarchists declares himself the new Queen's Regent, stating that he will rule till she comes of age. Prince Consort Conrad objects to this, but he quickly backs down after being threatened.

Year 10
When the public learns of the Monarchists' threats against Princess Aurora and her father, they are outraged. A resistance forms, and the kingdom of Avalon erupts into civil war. Queen Evelina, not so beloved during her reign when the truth was still unknwon, is now seen as a tragic martyr of the cause.

Year 11
Prince Consort Conrad takes a mistress, who gives birth to an illegitimate child, a baby girl.

Year 12
The civil war rages on. Zenobia, a neighboring kingdom, senses Avalon's weakness and attacks! They seek to annex Avalon. War rages in every corner of the kingdom.

Year 13
The Resistance seeks to overthrow the tyrannical Monarchists and also defend Avalon from the invading Zenobians. They are beset on all sides, however. Do they even stand a chance?

---

Year 14
The Resistance reaches out to the powerful kingdom of Midoria for help. Midoria strikes an alliance with the Avalon Resistance. Perhaps all is not lost after all.

---

Year 15
Prince Consort Conrad fathers another child with his mistress. The babe is another girl.
