Prince Karl Amadeus (with straight brown hair and green eyes) is the ruling monarch of Niederburg, where monarchy holds absolute power and is responsible to no one. He is the son of Waldemar, former Prince of Niederburg, and Princess Catharina, and has three younger sisters, Louise, Charlotte and Elisabeth: of them, Louise is married with Lord Rufus Luxenborg.
To everybody’s shock Prince Karl Amadeus marries a commoner, his paramour and former actress/singer Amelie Geiszler (with straight blonde hair and brown eyes).

The twins are separated at birth and adopted to reputable noble families.
