I like it a lot. We have friends with a little boy called Otis, he will be four at the end of the year. His younger brother is Felix! I love the names together!

Whenever I hear the name Felix the next name I think of is usually Linus or Calvin. When I hear Linus I think Otis. When I hear Otis I think of Milo and Miles.
All these names: Felix, Linus, Calvin, Otis, Milo, and Miles match eachother well.
My long point is that I definitely feel that Otis and Felix go well together as siblings.
