Twist: Many things have happened over the last 5 years. About 3 years ago you moved to Italy, France, or Spain (house would be 5 bedroom, 3 bath in each). Which one did you move to and why? We moved to Italy a few years ago because Ryan decided to do his medical residency in Rome.
About a month after you moved you rushed your second oldest to the hospital. Her heart is failing and they put in a pacemaker. How does that make you feel? We were scared when Joanna had to be rushed to the hospital, but everything has turned out fine.
After a month she recovers perfectly but that is not the end of your troubles, soon you get a call from home saying that your niece’s parents are going to jail for child abuse. The court wants you to take her in. When you go to bring her home you find her bruised, with a broken rib. How does that make you feel? How does she get along with your children? While it was disappointing that Gracie's parents would treat her that way, we have adopted her and renamed her Lydia. She fits in with the rest of the family wonderfully and has made a complete recovery.
About 9 months ago you found your self pregnant once again. Were you pleased? What about the kids? Your hubby? Adopted niece? Other family? Everyone was thrilled to find out we were expecting Alex. Lydy is thrilled to have a new little "brosin" as she calls him.
Anything else you want to say? nope
