I like
Leopold. I wouldn't say it sounds too pretentious, but it definitely sounds regal. Like
Leopold in
Kate and
Leopold-- it makes me think of a guy like that. I think in an English speaking place,
Leo would be a better nn to use than
Poldi, although
Poldi is nice.
Names I think have a similar feel to
Leopold are
Roland,
Wilhelm,
Friedrich,
Augustin,
Boniface,
Theodoric,
Richard,
Henry,
Thomas,
Edward. Holy cow,
Leopold and
Roland would be awesome for brothers!
