A knight slain by King Pellinore at Pellinore’s forest pavilion.

Mylis’s squire, Girflet, brought his body to King Arthur’s court at Caerleon and pleaded with the king to bury Mylis and to make Girflet a knight so that he might avenge his master’s death.
