I like this name. Strong and handsome. I don't know why Lionel Messi puts some people off the name- I think it's great, a good and fairly uncommon name gets a lot of recognition. I hope this name becomes popular!

Lionel is the name of the creative and sarcastic lion cub in the kids show "Between the Lions." I, personally, do not like this name but it'd definitely be something I'd name one of my favorite characters in a book I might publish.
