I think this name is beautiful, and it somehow feels romantic and passionate to me. I'm surprised it has a relatively low rating.
So beautiful.

You'll find numerous bearers on social media.
The "z" makes it sound even more wonderful than the usual spelling, Letitia.
My favorite name, stunning!
Maybe worth an update: Princess Letizia is Queen (Consort) Letizia since June 2014.
Italian Pronunciation:Leyh-Tee-Tzee-Ah"E" equals "Leyh." Stress your "I" in "Ti" to "EE." When tackling the "Z" keep fresh in mind the pronunciation of "Pizza"... in other words, "PEE-Tzah." Stress the following "I" after "Z" to "EE," once again. "A" is as in "Father."
(Note: While "Zia" sounds "Zee-Ah" (with quiet, short stress), it is not uncommon to hear "Zyah," when spoken.)
This is an incredibly beautiful name. I really like it. I also like the meaning, "happiness".
Princess Letizia is Prince Felipe of Spain's wife.
This name was also borne by Letizia Ramolino, Napoleon Bonaparte's mother.
