My name is Everly it's soo beautiful.

Too trendy and dated to 2015-2020.

I prefer Evelyn it's prettier than Everly and has more class oh and plus it doesn't mean boar, unlike Everly.

I'm usually not the biggest fan of more modern or trendy names, but I like this one.

It sounds too much like Beverly without the B. Not a fan at all! It’s way too cutesy as well.

I can see the appeal of Everly, but it’s just too trendy and common for my liking.

I only like this name when it’s spelled this way.

The "ly" ending makes it sound like an adjective. It sounds like it should mean "everlasting" or "endless" etc. Not ugly, just a bit odd.

Too trendy. I know someone who didn’t name their daughter Olivia (their top choice) because they were worried there would be multiple Olivia’s in school. They chose Everly instead, and their daughter, Everly, is one of three Everly’s in her preschool class. There are no Olivia’s.

I actually really like this name. I think people only hate it because it’s popular but I do see why it’s so popular. Also don't kill me but I like the spelling Everleigh.

An incredibly tacky and cheap name, and it even sounds rather hipster-ish due to it being the name of an indie band.

Gonna be very dated to the 2020’s. Super trendy and not in the good way. You hear of an Everly & you already know what age group she’s in.

Everly is in the top five on our name list. However, I keep going back and forth. Pros: it’s pretty and I like how it sounds. Con: it might be too “trendy” at the moment.

The surnames Everly and Beverly are interesting sounding. I like the singer Beverly Knight, she has a great voice.

This is the only spelling I like of this name. It’s the simplest spelling.

It's a cute frilly name, that's for sure, but I find it so odd how a name that basically came from nowhere simply got into the top 50 names for the USA, in just about 4 years or so? Where did it come from and why did it rise in popularity so quickly?
My little cousin (4) is named Everly, and in her daycare/kindergarten there are about 5-6 other Everly's/Everleigh's spaced out in different age groups. Why is it so common now, when it pretty much didn't exist before 2016?
Pretty sure an influence in the names popularity could be Everleigh Rose, but still it makes no sense.

I think it is a beautiful name and shortens to the cutest nickanames Ever, Ev, Evie and Lee.

I don't really like this name because it sounds like the word "Every".

It's overly trendy. A good example of how many people pay no attention to the meaning of names these days, but only the sound or the similarity to other trendy names. Not a good name for a little girl, especially as it means "boar('s) clearing/woods".

Cute name, but can't imagine this on a 30 yr old.

I changed my mind about this name. This is actually quite pretty/feminine, and it suits women of all ages. I just don't like the meaning.

As far as the pronunciation goes, "Everly" is definitely kinder to my ear when it's said in an accent that doesn't have R-colored vowels. I see how it could sound rather harsh to people because of that R right after the V.

I think it's a new classic. Definitely worth keeping it around.

I don’t understand why everyone hates this name so much. It’s awesome for either gender (but more so for girls) and has historical relevance unlike the super trendy names like Skylynn or Nevaeh.

A good set of names for twins are Everly and Emily.

For some reason, I really don’t like this name, especially the spelling. If you want to name your child Everly you should spell it Everleigh. I’m personally not a fan of it though. I prefer Emily a lot more.

Everly / Everleigh is a beautiful name. I love the nickname Ever. This name is becoming very popular and will no doubt be the new Ashley in a few years time.

I love the name Everly. It is a good name for a cute girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. If you consider naming your daughter Everly, you can do that.

Definitely is going to be a top baby name next year. I hear it everywhere. Sounds so childish.
