I don't see why this name is used for boys only?!?!? I would totally name someone else's daughter Ben or Dale because not only is it truly spiffy, but it brings poised reactions from your peers!Overall, Ben's a 5.5/10 name for the youth! Not for the old ones though.
It’s really handsome! I binge watch Ben Azelarts videos when I’m bored LOL, so I do have a relatively good impression on this name. But, I do not like the name Benjamin, so I would use Ben as a full name.

Ben is funny and a little kooky. His sense of humor helps keep him out of trouble.
There are worse names out there, but Ben is quite a popular name where I live and I personally wouldn't choose it because of how popular it is. Also, growing up, I went to school with a Ben that was horrible.
I like this name, mainly due to its Star Wars association, but I don't care for any of the names it is a nickname for, such as Benjamin or Benedict. However, the latter's not as bad as the former.
I extremely dislike this name. I find it to be extremely short and simple, and very boring-sounding. Very common at that. Don't name your child Ben.

A certain annoying political conservative commentator, Ben Shapiro, comes to mind for me, and this name is way too short and boyish. I hate it.

This reminds me of the ice cream shop named Ben and Jerry. The ice cream there is wonderful. This resembles most Ben's I know, sweet and wonderful.

The name Ben is a pretty name for a male. I could just imagine my future son named Ben. Also, there is a person named Ben in my class and he is funny! Every Ben I've met is funny and nice.

This name speaks to me on a whole new level because of Kylo Ren.

A simple, wonderful name. It's not common but it's still a great name.
Wow, this was in the top 100 at one time in the US! I love it as a nickname for Benjamin, Bennett, or less commonly Benson, but as a full name it's too minimalist to me. I'd go with Benjamin and see what he prefers to be called :)
This name transcends time and age. I imagine this name will work for a boy at any age. From young childhood, to teenager, to young adult... It will all fit and its just a great strong name.I love this name. My friend's name is Ben and he is just the greatest guy. So yeah all the guys named Ben I have met (2) are really great. I've never met a Ben I didn't like :)
A great nickname j'so long that your surname is not "Dover."

I have a friend named Ben he is a drummer for a garage band, he's one of those shaggy haired musicians so now whenever I hear this name I think of a another person like Ben, but I also think of a nice person. I also like how this name isn't to show-offy or too simple.
This is my name, I like it. It doesn't seem too common to me; there was only like one other Ben at my high school. Unfortunately, we had the same last initial. :/

Good name, makes me think of a man who is strong but in this fatherly type of way. Like his whole life he was always more responsible and good-hearted. It is also a very driven and intelligent name.

My impression of Ben is that it isn't too common but it isn't too out there! Benjamin is a wonderful name! I would rather name my son Benjamin and call him Ben than naming him Benedict! Even though Benedict is a nice name Benjamin just rolls off of your tongue and is really easy to grow up with! Of course it's my boyfriend's name! LOL!
