From Egyptian "bꜣ-kꜣ-rꜥ", meaning "glorious is the soul of Ra" or "the ba of the ka of Ra", from Egyptian bꜣ "working power; soul, personality" combined with ka "soul, life-force" and the name of the Egyptian god Ra. This was the royal name of Tantamani, the ruler of the Kingdom of Kush located in Northern Sudan, and the last pharaoh of the 25th Dynasty of Egypt.
