Andrik

Allegedly a combination of Greek ἀνδρεῖος (andreios) "manly" or ανδρος (andros) "man" (compare Andreas) and ríkr "mighty, distinguished, rich".

Russian diminutive of Андрей (see Andrey) and as such not usually used as a given name in its own right. In Dutch, however, it is occasionally found as a given name in its own right. It is also occasionally considered a contraction of Andreas and Hendrik.
