Three years have passed, and Mara, Ben, Cole and Brielle are a happy family. Some days are better than others, but all their efforts are worth it.
Mara has given birth to a baby boy. They have decided to call him Daniel Matthew to honor Emily, whose last name was Matthews.
The family also has another addition: a dog from a local shelter. He is a labrador and his name is Rufus.
