There are no words for how much I love
Jedidiah Hawking, honestly. I'd also recommend the nn
Jed, which I found utterly awful before I read
Armageddon Summer by
Jane Yolen and
Bruce Coville. You might consider picking it up, because it's really great--it goes back and forth between the POVs of teenagers
Marina (Yolen) and
Jed (
Bruce), who are brought by their parents to a hilltop in the wilderness to await the end of the world with the rest of their cult. It's
amazing, and it's one of the reasons I've grown fond of
Jedidiah.
Of your other names, I like/love:

You might consider Scirocco as a never-ever-but-awesome name for
Socorro's twin brother. ;) It's pronunced shir-AH-koh or thereabouts, and it's a word for a Mediterranean wind (
http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/sirocco -- "scirocco" is a variant spelling that I like better).
