Maybe. It's decent and sensible and has nn possibilities of various styles (though I wouldn't recommend one use Fanny in this day and age)... and has potential to go either way gender-wise if the spelling is adjusted... could potentially be hipster maybe?
My fave nn for this one is Frankie... yes, on a girl.
I'd be ok w/ it making a comeback into the "names you encounter now and then on a young person" category, but hopefully not as overdone as Sophia. I'm SO tired of people naming their babies Sophia.
