I LOVE the name Sylvia! I had a friend named Sylvia in high school. She was very pretty and sweet.
I don't think of Louise as a filler middle name at all, especially since it is a family name for you. Sylvia Louise is very nice. Sylvia Kathleen is better, but I don't care for Sylvia Diane at all. The styles seem to clash somehow.
