I really do like Sophia despite the popularity. I definitely think it ages well. I find it very worldly and sophisticated. I do like the nickname Sophie.
Of your combos, my favorites are:
-Sophia June- I'm a sucker for June because I just adore it.
-Sophia Jane- I find that Jane works very well in the middle name slot with almost any other name.
