It is a beautiful name.
Actually,here are two children in my husband's extended family called Sophia.
In fact, I kind of prefer Sophie, so , yes, it's a good nick-name.
I think Sophia will wear well.
I like all of your combos except Sophia Belle. (I dislike "Belle" names.)
As an aside, one of the Sophias I know has a sister whose middle name is Noor.
