Both the Teneales I know spell it Teneale or Tenealle so I think the Teneale spelling would honour your Dad more.
I really dislike the name though, it is so ugly and such a bogan name.
Nila or Neila would be nicer IMO (or even Neala). It doesn't flow that well with Willow though.

I'm sorry, I just realised how harsh my initial post came off. I should have phrased it better- every Teneale I have known has been a bit of a bogan but I don't have a terrible association with it, I just think it sounds cheap. I think it is a really nice way to honour your Dad though and it is perfectly okay as a mn, especially if she'd have as nice of a name as Willow as her fn.
