I like it but then I like lots of Greek feminine names.
Phoebe's bright, simple, and ancient.
Phebe vaguely looks to me like it could be a place...like Thebes...I don't think of a person when I see it, and I probably would've had to be corrected on pronunciation if I'd seen it first IRL...but it's not bad.
Febe just reminds me of 'feeble' or 'February'.
