Octavia is the fifth of six children raised by her pureblood father and Muggle mother. She was raised in northern France and attended Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. In school, Octavia excelled in defense against the dark arts and potions.
She currently lives in London with her older sister, Lavinia, and works as an intern at the Ministry of Magic, although she hopes to one day be a professor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
